Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a passion for Beauty with a consistent approach to achieving monthly targets and deliver sales through excellent customer service.
The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for delivering sales targets across the entire Coty portfolio in a specific store by making sure to deliver outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence and build retailer support.
Meet and exceed Monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Ensure store standards are met and maintenance of all counters and fixtures are managed.
The team consists of 3-10 BA’s store dependent, and you will work closely together with several departments such as VM, PMP and Sales. So many of the people who pass through airports are excited because they’re off on holiday or travelling for pleasure. We love to match their energy and excitement in order to give them a fantastic Coty experience, so we’re as enthusiastic, outgoing and positive with customers at the end of our shift as you were at the beginning.
As an exceptional sales consultant you drive the business, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Master the English language on a near native level.
Be computer knowledgeable.
Able to read and understand data.
