Product Assurance Engineer - Space - Remote (UK)

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Assurance Engineer specialising in space systems. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our space products, from design through to launch and operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product assurance plans, processes, and procedures tailored to space systems.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage risk mitigation activities throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as ECSS and ESA requirements.
  • Perform reliability analysis, FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis), and other quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product assurance or quality engineering within the space industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of space product assurance standards and practices.
  • UK OR EU Citizens only
