Job Title: SENCO Location: Saltley Start Date: September Salary: Between £175 - £250 dependant on experience Have you got SENCO experience? Are you Able to support staff with SEN strategies and signposting? Are you familiar with writing EHCP and SSPP procedures? TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with this mainstream Primary based in Saltley. The schools aim is to provide caring and friendly environment that will help children become happy and successful in their education. They focus on building this with their communication between the child, the parents and the school. The Primary School is looking for an experienced SENCO to mould into the schools ethos and become one of their own whilst covering maternity. The successful applicant will need to hole the SENCO award and have at least 3 year's experience in this role while being able to write EHCP’s and SSPP’s and support their SEN staff with signposting. This role is non class based so holds some flexibility. As a SENCO, you will:
- Hold a NASENCO qualification or equivalent
- Be able to demonstrate natural ability to manage the team
- Be enthusiastic about creating and following EHCP’s and SSPP’s
- A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy on-boarding process
