Revenue Operations Manager - upto £80k

Job title: Revenue Operations Manager (ideally with a minimum of 3 years of experience in RevOps relate role)

Central London - Hybrid working

I have 2 clients looking for a mid to senior level RevOps managers, both London based companies with impressive Revenues. If you're an experienced RevOps Manager and looking for a new role please do get in touch to discuss these options.

Requirements:

Revenue Strategy and Planning:

· Collaborate with senior leadership to develop revenue strategies and goals aligned with overall business objectives.

· Conduct thorough market analysis and customer segmentation to identify revenue growth opportunities.

· Develop and implement pricing strategies and models to maximize profitability and customer value.

Sales Operations Management:

· Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead management, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal optimization.

· Implement and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability.

· Identify areas for process improvement and implement sales enablement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

· Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue analytics and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.

· Monitor and analyse revenue data to identify trends, forecast revenue performance, and recommend strategies for revenue growth.

· Design and implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, customer success, and operations, to align revenue initiatives and drive operational excellence.

· Collaborate with finance team to develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.

· Provide strategic guidance and support for the implementation of revenue management systems and tools.
