My client is a prominent surveying and land management firm operating in the Scottish Borders. They are dedicated to providing exceptional services in land surveying, land management, and consultancy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in land surveying or land management, with the ability to handle a diverse range of projects. This role involves conducting land surveys, managing land and property portfolios, and providing expert advice to clients. Conduct detailed land surveys using advanced surveying instruments and technology.
• Prepare topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys.
• Analyse survey data and generate accurate maps and reports.
• Manage land and property portfolios, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
• Provide consultancy services on land use, development potential, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, planners, and construction teams.
• Ensure all work complies with local and national regulations.
• Maintain surveying equipment and manage data collection processes.
• A degree in Land Surveying, Land Management, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Scottish Borders.
