Product Analyst

Join the Regulatory Strategy team as a Product Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, product management, and regulatory analytics, collaborating across the firm with Lines of Business/Functions, Control Management, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Finance, and Audit. You will develop expertise in the firm’s regulatory agenda and gain a comprehensive understanding of governance at a firm-wide level. As a Product Analyst within the Regulatory Strategy team, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s Regulatory Engagement Platform and Regulatory Letter Repository. You will work closely with Product Owners to define and prioritize product backlogs, design innovative features, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and align with strategic objectives. You will need to possess strong data analytics capabilities, experience with agile methodologies, and a passion for improving user experience and product performance.
Support the Product Owners in defining and communicating product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development teams.
Conduct and lead refinement discussions, ensuring clarity and precision in story writing.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technology, UX, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on product goals.

Design and build end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions for regulatory engagement, issues, and requests.
Assist with automating new and existing reporting from multiple source systems using data transformation and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau).
Respond to frequent product, systems, reporting and analytics requests, including ad-hoc queries from various levels of stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in product management, data analytics, or a related role in an agile environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with Scrum teams.
Strong background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficiency in data transformation and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau.
Experience with SQL, Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, stats models), and data mining techniques.
Familiarity with machine learning APIs, open-source models (e.g., Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop, or other Big Data platforms.
