This is an opportunity not to be missed, working closely with the owner of the company we are looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to take over the day to running as the Registered Manager of their homecare branch in Halifax, Calderdale, West Yorkshire.

Quality is at the heart of everything they do here, and a proven track record of good CQC reports is essential.

We are interested in speaking to experienced Domiciliary Care Managers with strong leadership skills, who are passionate about caring for older people in the community, and motivated and enthusiastic about introducing new ways of working in line with new CQC guidelines, to grow, develop the branch.

Successful candidates must be able to evidence experience of working in a Domiciliary Care business and the responsibilities associated with the role. You must be confident in your knowledge, skills and ability to work autonomously and committed to delivering safe & effective care and leadership.
