As the Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading multiple projects from concept through to completion. Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects fully meet business requirements. Tracking of the wider project programme across the group of sites.

Work in accordance with all Natara EHS requirements, policies and principles.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Designing risk mitigation plan and perform risk management to minimise project risks.
Direct internal and external project resources, co-ordinate meetings, and produce project reports.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Tracking and communicating project progress across all sites.

Prince II / PMP / APM PMQ certification or equivalent training / experience
Skilled in MS Office suite particularly excel and MS Project
3+ years working in a chemical manufacturing or process industry organisation.
