The Quantity Surveyor role with 2Seck Recruitment Ltd offers a compelling opportunity to join an expanding Main Contractor focused on planned maintenance projects within the social housing sector. Type: Main Contractor

* Projects: Primarily focused on planned maintenance of social housing (Kitchens & Bathrooms)

* Project Values: Provide commercial expertise on behalf of the Main Contractor.

* Report on contract commercial performance to the Commercial Manager.

* Building rapport with clients and suppliers.

* Mixture of office and site-based work.

Comfortable working as a stand-alone Surveyor.

* Capable of delivering ambitious commercial targets.

* Ideally holds a qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (HND, BSc, etc.)

Negotiable, depending on experience)

* Pension scheme

* 24 holidays per annum plus Bank Holidays

* Car allowance

* Bonus scheme

* Training allowance
