Branch Manger (Electrical) | Location: Livingston | Salary: up to £60k + comprehensive benefits package + bonus.

A leading provider of electrical compliance solutions and a pioneer in the electric vehicle (EV) charging sector. Have expanded their operations and are seeking a dynamic Branch General Manager to lead their branch in sunny-Scotland. ️

The Role:

As Branch General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of a Scotland branch.

You will oversee operations, financial performance, and team development while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. This is a pivotal role that requires a strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record in the electrical industry.

About you:

  • Electrical qualifications are desirable.
  • Similar leadership role within the electrical industry is required.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Be confident in stakeholder management.
  • Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the branch's P&L, set and achieve financial targets, and control costs.
  • Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expanding their client base, and diversifying revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch growth and align with the company's overall objectives.
