What are we looking for?

UX/Product Designer to work in our Digital Experience area participating in different projects, such as Real Madrid.

  • Minimum experience between 4 and 6 years as a Visual Designer, also working in the User Experience (UX).
  • You’ll have proven experience of working in user experience or product design related roles, with a deep understanding of Human-centered design and Design Thinking and how they are applied to problem solving.
  • You have extensive experience of organizing and executing usability testing and user interviews. Using the best interaction design practices.
  • You’ll be able to source and analyze insight to iteratively improve user experiences.
  • You’ll be happy leading co-creation workshops.
  • Any experience working in the events space or eCommerce would be advantageous.

What will your day to day be like ?

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user experiences.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to ensure user-centred solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate design concepts clearly.
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and ensure product design aligns with customer needs and business goals.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with high fidelity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
