We are hiring a person to join the Compliance and Internal regulation team in London

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Responsible for the organization and records of the department.
  • Evaluate Compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and evaluate internal compliance reports.
  • Actively participate in the assessment and review of the Risk Matrix.
  • Prepare and deliver compliance training.
  • Conduct and evaluate Supplier Due Diligence.
  • Clarify compliance queries from other areas of the organization.
  • Develop, analyze, and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Analysis of new regulations and planning for implementation in the department.
  • Receive, record, and investigate internal communications.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (preferably) or similar field.
  • Specific training in compliance or official certifications such as CESCOM are desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Previous experience in Construction is desirable.
  • English and Spanish fluency is a must; French is highly valued.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks.
  • Proactive approach to daily tasks and a team-oriented person.
  • Desire to work with different cultures.
  • Knowledge of CSR systems, COSO, internal controls, and ESG is a plus.
