Court of Protection Solicitor – Manchester

We have an opportunity for a court of protection solicitor to join a leading national firm in their Manchester office.

The team are recognised in the Legal 500 as a leader in this area of law and due to continued growth and success, they are now looking to recruit an associate solicitor into the Manchester team.

The role will involve a mix of running a caseload of finance focused court of protection matters, as well as mentoring junior fee earners and paralegals (although this is not a requirement of the role, rather an opportunity to be involved with the wider team). There will also be plenty of opportunities to work closely with the team in London as they operate as one national offering.

The team are continuously being referred work both cross department and from external sources, so whilst developing client relationships and networking will be encouraged, there is a continuous stream of work available for this incoming associate solicitor to be responsible for.
