Job Description

The Finance Business Partner will provide financial and business partnering support to both the Sr Manager Finance, Horsham and the Site Leadership Team with a focus on forecasting, reporting, business analytics and decision support.

Reporting to the Sr Manager Finance, Horsham the role includes:

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

  • Support the Annual Operating Planning process as well regular Divisional business reviews.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business review packs working with stakeholders for their inputs as well as preparing the site bi-monthly forecast submissions to Division.

  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Partner with the Site Leadership Team acting as the first point of contact to assist, challenge, and support in business growth plans.

  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.

  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.

  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

  • Co-ordinate and support ad hoc projects and requests for data or analysis as required.

  • Undertake ad hoc duties as directed and agreed with the Sr Manager Finance, Horsham.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred).

  • Business finance or other relevant experience.

  • Strong financial and business modeling experience.

  • Strong analytical and data-gathering skills.

  • Comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
