I’m partnering with one of the world’s leading financial institutions to help them build their Operational Resilience team. Establish and manage processes for monitoring the resilience of Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical Infrastructure Functions (CIFs).
Oversee technology testing activities to ensure alignment with Operational Resilience requirements.
Develop and manage the creation of Regulatory Self-Assessments.

To succeed in this role, you must have expert knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements (March 2021) and EU Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements. A strong understanding of Operational Risk, Operational Resilience, and Business Continuity tools, methodologies, and best practices is essential.

A competitive salary up to £95,000, hybrid working model, excellent benefits, and performance-based bonus.
