Commercial Disputes Solicitor
£Full Time, Permanent
Handling a caseload of traditional, high-value and sometimes complex commercial disputes including contract litigation, professional negligence, IP disputes, commercial property disputes, shareholder & partnership disputes, commercial recoveries and banking & finance disputes.


CRA Consulting are working in partnership with a leading law firm, operating from offices throughout the midlands. Their expert team of solicitors provide high-calibre legal services to businesses and individuals.
As a result of recent expansion and new business wins, the firms are hiring for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitors / Legal Executive to join their award winning team. The department boast excellent work quality and a strong client base.
The successful candidate will be joining multi-award winning firm, recognised within the legal 500 rankings, who hold a fantastic culture. With clear routes of progression, training & development and top tier work quality, this is a perfect opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator.

You will be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
You will have exposure to high-value, complex commercial disputes
Experience handling commercial contract disputes, director & shareholder disputes, commercial property disputes and professional negligence required
