Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Despatch Location: Pershore Shifts: Monday to Friday Hours: TBC – morning shift Pay rate: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent We are seeking a skilled and reliable FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team in Pershore. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance forklift truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate stock records. As a Production Despatch, you will be responsible for: Ensure all dispatched orders are planned and carried out in accordance with the operational schedule Ensure all deliveries are right first time Managing the receipting of all incoming goods into stores and decanting into correct area daily Unload deliveries as well as preparing and completing orders for delivery Manage cleanliness and efficient use of dispatch space in the unit and containers Daily forklift checksThe ideal Production Despatch operator will: Hold a valid Counterbalance certificate Have previous experience working in a similar role as a Production Dispatch would be beneficial.
