Senior Support Worker: Kettering NN15 (Barton Seagrave Area) – PERMANENT £13.00 per hour - 37.5 hours on Days, inc alternative weekends. Shifts are both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm), working 4 or 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends. Please note - at present having a UK driving licence is essential. WE ARE SORRY, BUT SPONSORSHIP OR CHANGE OF SPONSOR IS NOT AVAILABLE. AND THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CANDIDATES LOOKING FOR 20HRS A WEEK. A minimum of 12 months UK experience with Service Users with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities and ideally have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care. You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the 4 Service Users. This will include working shifts.   • 12 months minimum Experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities is essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • It’s important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 – 5.
  • You will be supported by the management team
