My client is a specialist legal practice with a strong reputation for handling a wide range of complex civil litigation matters. Their team represents both individuals and organisations and is known for managing medium to high-value disputes across multiple areas of contentious work, including professional negligence, property ownership issues, fiduciary disputes, and contractual claims.

They are seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their team. The role involves managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution, ensuring full compliance with court deadlines and civil procedure requirements. This position requires maintaining accurate case records through the firm’s case management system, liaising professionally with clients, courts, experts, and other legal representatives, and upholding all regulatory obligations, including those related to professional conduct. The role also includes assisting senior lawyers on major cases while independently managing an appropriate caseload. Qualified Solicitor with an active practising certificate in England and Wales.
~Post-qualification experience in civil litigation.
~ Experience in civil litigation, including familiarity with the CPR and court processes.
Strong academic background and demonstrable legal knowledge.
Experience handling costs, billing, and cost assessments is desirable.
Business development and networking experience.
