We have the exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager with a proven track record within Travel & Tourism to join an established Global Tour Operator in the Worcestershire area. This role is full time and consist of around 30% travel (national & global) with a hybrid working system for office attendance. You will be responsible for building relationships with global partners and supporting your team to grow and this area of the business which consist of Cruise, B2B Sales & Product Teams. This position is full time, travel can be required over weekends which is given back lieu, office house are 9-5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Bonus is based on a combination of personal performance and department KPI’s.
Provide regular reviews with team members to regularly review performance and set development plans and targets.
Support with negotiation of rates and margins, commercial terms and incentives when required.
Produce, present and analyse reports and data.
Travel Industry experience is essential for this position. Experience with a tour operator, cruise lines or distribution channels.
