Associate HR Business Partner

Job Description

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with a North Yorkshire based business with the appointment of an interim Associate HR Business Partner.

This is a FTC position for a period of 6 months initially and hybrid working is offered. (You must live within commuting distance to North Yorkshire).

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Supporting with added value projects including: Change management, workforce planning, coaching & mentoring, employee engagement, personal development planning and reviews
  • Support internal clients with transformation and behavioural change, business improvement and promote effective engagement initiatives
  • Develop internal HR and People plans for individual business units and teams
  • Collate, analyse and report on key HR metrics and data - Present to internal stakeholders.

We're keen to speak with enthusiastic and experienced HR professionals who are open to an exciting interim opportunity. You'll possess a CIPD level 5 qualification (or equivalent) and will be confident driving change and influencing colleagues and stakeholders to drive internal engagement. You'll be used to speaking with senior leaders within a business and be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisation skills.
