Business Change Manager - £500 Inside - Birmingham
Fuse are recruiting for a D365 Business Change Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the business transformation initiatives related to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The primary focus is to ensure smooth transitions, adoption, and optimization of the D365 platform across the organization, enabling streamlined processes and enhancing user experience. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive effective change management strategies and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
NOTE: D365 experience is essential and must be able to make it into Birmingham 2 days per week.
Change Management Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the implementation and continuous improvement of D365 F&O and CE modules.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes working with the Business Analyst (BA) team, identify areas for improvement via active engagement with key stakeholders, and translate business needs into system requirements and configurations within D365 as part of the overall programme team.
Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with IT teams and external consultants to aid in the design, configure, and implement D365 solutions that meet the functional requirements and drive operational efficiency.
Training and User Adoption: Work with the training team to develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials to facilitate user adoption of D365 applications and promote best practices.
Change Impact Assessment: Working with the BA team and Key Stakeholders, assess the impact of D365 system changes on business operations, organizational structure, and personnel, and develop mitigation plans accordingly, assuring action plans are reflected/included in the individual project and programme plans.
Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, and enhancements.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with D365 implementations and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of D365 configurations, customizations, and business processes, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, organizational policies, and industry standards in all aspects of D365 implementation and usage.
Successful implementation and adoption of D365 F&O and CE modules resulting in improved operational efficiency, data accuracy, and collaboration.
Enhanced user satisfaction and productivity through effective change management strategies, training programs, and support mechanisms.
Streamlined business processes and workflows within D365, leading to faster decision-making, reduced manual effort, and optimized resource utilization.
Proactive identification and resolution of system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining high system reliability.
Increased visibility into key performance indicators and business metrics through customized reports and dashboards within D365.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. If you do not have the above, but have extensive experience in the field and can evidence this, please do approve as we value experience as well as qualifications.
Proven experience (5+ years) in change management, business process analysis, and project management, preferably in the implementation of ERP and CRM systems.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement modules, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and documentation for end-users.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and experience in ensuring compliance within CRM and ERP systems.
