Assistant / Executive Assistant to CEO

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Executive Team and Communications function. This is a full-time permanent role, and the successful candidate will need to be based within an hour’s commute of our head office in Widnes as you will be required to attend the office at least once a week.
Flexibility: You can work your 37.5 hours over 4 days and enjoy a long weekend or split the hours over 5 days to accommodate your other commitments. You can work from home, or from our head office in Widnes, or a flex between the two. There will be a requirement to travel to our head office at least once a week.

You’ll be the go-to person for diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and inbox oversight, while also supporting key communications and people projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy building strong relationships, this role is for you.
Prepare agendas, book rooms and travel, and oversee logistics for high-profile meetings and events.
Financial Administration: Process expenses, credit card reconciliations, and Agresso transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Assist with stock management, reward and recognition schemes, and budget tracking for the Communications team.
Financial administration experience, including expenses and procurement systems (Agresso or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI).
Project management experience or qualifications.
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR knowledge.
