We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their 2AA rosette restaurant.
If you are a hungry Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef looking to take your next step up in your career then look no further. Please note you must have 2 or 3 rosette experience and a Hotel background to be considered for this role.

£This stunning luxury hotel has maintained a top reputation that is set to continue with a dynamic team of ambitious chefs that help to ensure quality are paramount. Either someone who is local or who is willing to relocate as they are looking for someone focused and passionate about cooking. Providing pro-active business-driven leadership to the Kitchen team, whilst assuming overall responsibility for their daily operational effectiveness. You need to be extremely organised and feel confident with the office aspects of the business as your time will be split between the general running of the kitchen and talking/negotiating with the local suppliers.
