We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a leading FMCG for both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Sale of stand-alone solutions and complete process systems.
  • Develop the local market with the potential to become a self-sufficient business.
  • Implementing an effective sales strategy and managing relationships.
  • Generating new business and growing the existing customer base.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns and events in cooperation with the marketing team.
  • Maintaining a Sales CRM system (Salesforce).

Requirements:

  • At least five years’ experience in B2B sales within the food industry.
  • Experience within protein, ready meal, food-to-go, fruit, salad, vegetables, dairy, snacks,pet food and confectionary sectors is required.
  • Technical, engineering background beneficial.
  • Experience of technology (food processing) and the food industry in general.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills supported by strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team structure.
  • Flexible and prepared to travel (within the U.K and Europe).
