Job Title: Tenant & Business Liaison Officer Permanent/Temporary: Fixed term contract for approximately 72 weeks. Location: Holmfirth My Client has a vacancy for a Tenant & Business Liaison Officer to be part of their project delivery team on an upcoming project in Holmfirth. The project involves the installation of specialist bollards and equipment at various locations around the city centre. Working in this role, the general day-to-day tasks in brief are as below but see further down the email for exact requirements from the specification of works.

  • Working collaboratively with the project team to plan works to minimise disruption.
  • Communicating with the various business owners and occupiers of nearby premises, either face to face, through preparation/delivery of letters to occupied properties, or providing relevant project communication through other media.
  • Liaising with the client on project liaison issues and providing the client with necessary and relevant information regarding these.
  • Logging, tracking, and closing out any project related complaints received.
Working Days/Hours - Work hours are flexible; however, the successful candidate will need to be available 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. About the Candidate: Qualities –

  • The Contractor must be informed on project progress throughout the development and construction of the Holmfirth Town Centre Access Plan with local Councillors, residents and the business community.
  • The Contractor shall combine and promote HTCAP and Holmfirth Blueprint as one.
  • The Contractor is to provide more comprehensive communications updates to Local Councillors before press releases and project updates.
  • The Contractor is to provide Project Manager / Kirklees Comm Team with a list of what they consider ‘stakeholder’ engagement
