We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Building Surveyor in Reigate. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the success of our company and make a significant impact in the field of building surveying.
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of building surveying projects, including inspections, assessments and evaluations.
You will be responsible for providing feasibility studies and design solutions for building maintenance and minor works projects to ensure a seamless delivery across the client's estate.

Undertaking surveys, design and specification services.
Respecting and help delivering services in accordance with best practice (and all legislation) in relation to asbestos, health and safety etc.
Leading their own allocation of projects while overseeing the work of the team.
Ensuring themselves and others carry out their role and the duties required under NEC and JCT forms of contract.
Ensuring appropriate systems and procedures in place are utilised to effectively manage and control the delivery standards, inform and control budgets, forecast programming and undertake planning. They will also look to improve current processes thinking about how we can do things differently to improve the Property service.
Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is input into the internal database.
Proven ability to apply project management principles and techniques to a wide range of complex projects or programmes.
Extensive knowledge of principles, practices and procedures relating to business planning and financial management.
