Senior Production Planner

We have an exciting new opportunity to be part of the Model Manufacturing team as Additive Manufacturing Production Planner.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of additive manufacturing in a high-level motorsport environment, have good attention to detail, work calmly and accurately under pressure, work positively and enthusiastically in a small team and have a flexible attitude to helping fulfil the requirements of the department and team as a whole.
Working day shift in the additive manufacturing team, the production planner will primarily be focused on the planning and implementation of the key requirements of Additive Manufacturing into the model and full-size teams. Whilst also ensuring production through the team flows smoothly and efficiently through the ADM department and into wider team.
To analyse projects and their component quantities for upcoming wind tunnel and race events ensuring correct components are available when required through meetings, liaising with other departments, following a robust system of storage and ensuring traceability of parts.
Working on continuous development projects within the remit of part traceability, storage, and delivery.
To provide senior leadership with a series of reports including additive manufacturing production data and other KPI data.
Production planning from design releases into the ERP system, ensuring tight timelines are met.
Organise multi-stage parts such as annealing, coating, anodising, heat treat, metal coating for ADM and inhouse finishing for DMLS (machine shop) and SLA/SLS (ADM).
Project planning with Model and full-size teams on delivery of large manufacturing projects.
Competent in identifying potential shortages of parts or concerns of part quality and raising these issues with the ADM Manager.
A proven track record within an additive manufacturing team.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
