As part of the Kayana team, you'll contribute to our shared mission of enhancing customer experiences and supporting businesses in achieving their goals. Install, maintain, and repair field service equipment at customer sites
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in field service technology

Experience in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed, regular travel and some overnight stays required
