Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Compliance at Focusmed24. The Head of Compliance will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and managing legal compliance in all areas of the company's operations. The role involves analyzing and interpreting regulations, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, and monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Head of Compliance will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and mitigate compliance risks.

Qualifications

  • Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex requirements
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and address compliance risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Auditing experience required
