At Venchr, we are on the lookout for a talented mid-level full-stack developer to be a part of our client's team based in Manchester. We are in search of an individual who brings a wealth of expertise in PHP, Laravel, and React, complemented by a robust understanding of JavaScript. This role is a fantastic opportunity for developers passionate about leveraging their technical skills to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP/Laravel and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a full-stack developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and React. Candidates predominantly skilled in PHP/Laravel with some JavaScript knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
  • Understanding of MVC design patterns and object-oriented PHP programming.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related role. Junior developers looking to step up to a mid-level position are welcome to apply.
