Role: Support Worker - Part Time
We seek to appoint a Support Worker (Part Time) to join our small team of well qualified and experienced staff dedicated to caring for 6 adults with moderate learning disabilities, who live together in a homely environment in residential care home/ house.
Our home is in a residential street in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
Role/ Responsibilities include to:
* Meet nutritional, emotional, social care and personal care needs of service users.
* Engage with service users to develop a wide range of life skills for independent living.
* Participate in motivational and recreational activities with service users.
We encourage and facilitate Flexible Working and Job Share
We particularly seek staff who live locally and willing and able to work Mornings and/ or Evenings, Nights (Sleep In) and some Weekends.
