Una St. Ives is a beautiful Resort offering architect-designed lodges, situated above Carbis Bay, St Ives. At Una St. Ives our award-winning Spa and Leisure Complex offers a range of luxurious spa treatment and boasts a 15-metre indoor infinity pool, life fitness gym, sauna, steam room and 20m open air heated pool. We also have an award-winning restaurant, Una Kitchen, and a soon to be relaunched alfresco, season, street food outlet.

We are constantly on the lookout for exceptional people to join and enhance our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be part of our professional team, offering a range of beauty treatments to our guests and non-residents. We are looking for both a part-time and a full-time therapist. Your duties will include:

· Meeting & greeting guests in a professional manner and assisting with enquires

· Take a proactive attitude to promote the Spa to all guests

· Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards

· Maintain the standards of treatments room after each treatment is completed

· Ensure that the Spa, treatment rooms and facilities are kept to a highest standard

· Manage the spa diary and ensure all treatments start and are completed on time

· Ensure that all health questionnaires are completed prior to and after treatments

· Safety checks of the resort spa facilities.

The ideal applicant will require NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) and be competent in all types of treatments including massage, manicures, pedicures, essential beauty i.e. waxing, tinting etc. Experience in ELEMIS products would be beneficial.
