DO YOU LOVE ALL THINGS CAKE? The Cake Crew is seeking someone who is passionate about baking to join our development team as a development baker. Make all “kitchen samples” - Work closely with NPD technologist and the NPD Manager to manage key timings/workload.

Keep abreast of kitchen ingredients/packaging, ensure traceability - clear tub identification, allergen segregation, BB date rotation within the kitchen and cupboards

Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including the packaging area within the NPD kitchen, and cupboards.

Ensure all NPD freezers are in order and residual samples disposed of.

Support with ad hoc project work.

e customer sample collections and raw material collections.

Support with AWs and PH recording.

Support with NPD documents when needed - NPD folder organising, Organs, Factory paper work

To comply with and assist with implementation of company food safety, quality, and legality policies as they relate to the role.

Have accuracy, attention to detail and a numerate approach to provide data on time in the right format.

Be a confident, articulate and courteous communicator over the phone, face-to-face and in writing.

Be highly flexible, competent and adaptable and take responsibility for own improvement.

Have a good understanding of the functions of ingredients used within the bakery sector.

Proficiency on Microsoft Office.
