Perfect Property Maintenance is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various electrical projects, ensuring their successful completion within established timelines and budgetary constraints. You will also be expected to provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to fellow electricians and apprentices.
Shirt, jumper and jacket will be provided along with the use of a company van, fuel cards and tools provided. All jobs are organised and booked in-house by our fully staffed office team and uploaded to our job management software where you will get a detailed description of the work required and necessary instructions.
Help grow a team of electricians to ensure efficient and quality workmanship
Take charge of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, industry standards, and local electrical codes
Collaborate with the office manager, clients, and contractors to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
Ability to safely operate electrical tools and equipment
NVQ3 Qualification within the Electrical Industry is a must, – proof will be required
Valid driver's license
