- Follow bills of materials and drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Safely handle COSHH substances while cleaning and packing products, with appropriate PPE provided.
- Document non-compliance, rework records, and any necessary build documentation changes.
- Maintain knowledge of quality management practices, static handling precautions, and workmanship standards.
- Contribute to a clean and organized workspace and adopt lean initiatives to reduce waste.
- Comply with our Quality ISO9001, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and Health and Safety Management System.
- Collaborate within a team to achieve departmental goals and improve product quality and processes.
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering.
- Understanding of mechanical assembly procedures and processes.
- Appreciation of modern manufacturing techniques.
- Strong communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- IPC standard certifications (advantageous).
