My client is a well known high street retailer with a stellar reputation across the world. This particular store has been well run and is one of the top performers in the region, consistently meeting targets and achieving bonus for it's team. They are now looking for a new Store Manager to take the reigns and lead the team to new heights of success

Primary Responsibilities:

- Innovative Visual Merchandising: Implement VM strategies that reflect the brand’s identity and attract the target customer demographic.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional presentation.
Qualifications:
- Retail Experience: A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in luxury retail or a high-end fashion boutique at assistant or store manager level.
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team, with strong skills in mentoring and talent development.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: In-depth understanding of delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Strategic Vision: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving performance and operational efficiency.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an asset.
