Technically responsible for Energy Management across the Council’s estate, sharing knowledge to support measures that will reduce energy consumption and carbon emission
sDay-to-day energy management of all utilities with a focus on cost, consumption and carbon emission
sImplementing energy management techniques to identify trends and opportunities for improvemen
tDeveloping and delivering complex and high-profile carbon reduction projects to support the delivery of the Council’s corporate Net Zero targe
tProviding specialist expertise on all aspects of energy and water management including with a focus on technical solutions
.Undertaking energy surveys, inspections and the development and delivery of actions plans, plant surveys, preparation of design and specifications for tender documents relating to energy relating work
sSupporting the Utilities Coordinator to improve data granularity and qualit
