Maintenance Electrician
Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm or 9:30am-6pm
We have a new and exciting position working for a leading facilities management company as a Maintenance Electrician working out of a prestigious building in Portsmouth. This position is for an engineer that is willing to grow with a teamand we require someone ideally with experience from a similar site that maintains the building whilst also having compliance and client facing experience
In this position you'll be responsible for the reactive & planned maintenance of the commercial side of the complex. Job specific responsibilities for a Maintenance Electrician :
Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
Writing of PPM schedules
Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
Qualifications / Experience for a Maintenance Electrician:
NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
