Job Description

As a Professional Negligence Solicitor (NQ-3PQE) you will:

  • Handle a caseload of professional negligence claims for a range of professionals including architects; surveyors; solicitors; accountants
  • Provide legal advice to a range of clients across various sectors
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal client service
  • Conduct legal research to support case handling
  • Prepare and draft documents
  • Represent clients in court, if necessary
  • Engage in business development activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and professional standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Professional Negligence Solicitor (NQ-3PQE) should have experience in dealing with professional negligence matters. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
