As part of the Commercial FP&A team you will be crucial for providing clear, high-quality reporting, analysis and insight to the business to ensure clarity and alignment of in year performance, financial forecasts and budgets.

You'll develop an understanding of these businesses as well as the overall retail business giving a real opportunity for career development within Boots. Also, you'll deliver accurate reporting and forecasting of operating costs for both Commercial and Commercial & Technical Services.
Manage the financial planning processes (in year performance, financial forecasts and budget) for Beauty, Boots.com and Commercial OPEX in a collaborative manner seeking input and engaging central FP&A, business partners and financial control teams to ensure rigorous and robust financial planning.
Be a link between several Finance functions - i.e. Financial Control, Central FP&A and Transformation to close month end with clear articulation of performance across Beauty, Boots.com and Commercial OPEX.
Manage a Senior Finance Analyst - including daily task management and mid-year/Year end reviews
Review weekly reporting across Commercial, ensuring outputs are delivered to stakeholders to a high standard
Provide adhoc analysis across Commercial where required
Qualified, ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent (or qualified via experience) strong preference
Previous finance manager experience including line management experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building leadership skills, in order to foster a collaborative culture and positively influence business performance
Strong analytical skills combined with commercial acumen to generate insight from various data sources
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, being able to manipulate data in different formats and ability to present data clearly at the right level of detail
In-depth working knowledge of Boots systems - SAP ECC, SAP BW, TM1
