Insight Global is looking for a Solutions Architect specialized in the mobile payments space for a 9 month ongoing contract at one of the largest financial services organization located in Burgess Hill. This role will sit within the Global infrastructure workplace tech merchant services group and will be reporting to the global advanced payments and technology leader. Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills. The role is focused on developing a net new contactless card and terminal technology by reinventing it's technical roadmap. This is to enhance and enable the organizations ability to provide contactless abilities to its card, mobile and point of sale for better customer experience. The chosen candidate will help write the low level design documents to meet the outlines of the roadmap and come up with next steps on its development deliverables from a technical perspective. As such, the chosen candidate must have a strong background in payments, specifically payment network authorisation and experience following EMV standards for secure payments. The ability to work with both the business and the technical teams is necessary and therefore, strong written and verbal communication skills are required for this role. Must haves:

  • Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect
  • Strong experience working with a range of payments technology and is technology agnostic.
  • Strong hands-on experience with mobile payments, point of sales, chip/card projects.
  • Experience writing and reviewing LLD (Low level design) documents.
  • Hands-on experience with payment network authorization.
  • Experience utilizing EMV standards for secure payments.
  • Experience with Microsoft office.
  • Experience working with techno-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
