Our client is a multi-disciplinary Practice of professional Chartered Surveyors and construction consultants, based in South London and covering projects across the London area working primarily on schools/ education and residential.
They provide expert advice within the construction industry; they seek to provide bespoke, innovative and deliverable solutions, continually exceeding clients’ expectations providing a personalised and flexible approach to each client’s individual problems and deliver expert advice through a reliable, innovative and professional service. Manage aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy including pre and post contract duties.
Attend meetings, prepare financial reports and monitor on the status of projects.
Ensure the project remains on budget from design to completion phase.
Full post contract duties including establishing the effect of variations and evaluating and negotiating final account settlements.
Support junior team members to deliver our cost management service efficiently and effectively. Bachelors degree or Masters in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Experience of high value and complex projects gained in a consultancy environment.
Workplace, retail, commercial or mixed use sector experience desirable.
Knowledge and experienced in use of Microsoft Office packages, CAD and CostX ideally
