We have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a market leading interior fit out and refurbishment contractor based in Essex.
This contractor is actively seeking a Site Manager to be number one on site, reporting into a Senior Project Manager for a commercial new build, fit out projects circa £5million. The ideal Site Manager should have: Experience working on commercial new build projects valued from £3m - £5mRefurbishment, Externals, Fit out, Steel Frame and Groundworks experience
Managing sub-contractors on site and ensuring they meet deadlines
Ideally 3 - 5 years experience working as a Site ManagerWhat's in it for you? Opportunity to work for a growing company with clear progression
