Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, award-winning firm with offices across Cumbria. This is a full-time, permanent job position to be based in their Kendal office. The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be managing their own varied caseload of good quality work including:

* Commercial developments

* Leases

* Commercial property disputes

Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 year’s PQE with the knowledge and experience to handle the aforementioned Commercial Property transactions.

Experience handling your own caseload of commercial property files.

* This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join one of the largest law firms based in the South Lakes.
