Supervise the daily activities of lab technicians and support development related training whenever necessary.

To ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment.

Accountable for QC of all raw materials, in-process and finished products accordingly.

To ensure sufficient inventory of lab chemicals and material available for final and in-process QC.

To ensure compliance to all regulatory requirement associated to chemical handling in the lab operation

To lead and support in non-conforming product batch investigation.

To support in handling and disposal of non-conforming product/SMOG if rework options is not available

Work closely with the warehouse to ensure timely approval of products for shipments

Provide various technical support to the operation department to achieve the quality objective & other related requirement.
