We’re on the hunt for our next CRM Manager This brand new role is perfect for an experienced CRM expert with a proven track record in managing and executing CRM strategies for DTC brands. You will own the Klaviyo platform, creating innovative CRM campaigns and customer journeys that build customer loyalty and increase conversions. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with our Product, Marketing and Ecommerce teams to drive sales and increase conversion rate.

Own and manage the Klaviyo platform, accountable for the performance
Develop and implement CRM strategies
Create visually appealing email templates and other CRM assets.
Creation and management of email campaigns and flows.
Utilise data-driven insights to segment our customers effectively, ensuring that each segment receives tailored and relevant communication and offerings.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM and email marketing.

At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce CRM management.
Proven track record of managing and executing CRM strategies for a DTC brand.
Strong design skills for creating compelling email templates and assets.
Excellent copywriting skills for developing engaging and persuasive content.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
