Role: Active Directory Subject Matter Expert Job Type: Permanent
Location: London Paddington, Hybrid.

As an Active Directory SME , you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for the complete AD and Azure AD Hybrid infrastructure.
Provide end-to-end support for the complete AD and Azure AD Hybrid infrastructure.
Oversee the production environment by monitoring health check reports and taking a holistic view of system health.
Partner with other Infra teams and vendors to improve AD and Azure AD service performance, availability, and reliability.
Participate in system design, platform management, and capacity planning.
Provide SME (Subject Matter Expert) support during major Incidents, risk mitigation, root cause analysis and solution design scenarios.
Manage AAD Connect Server and PKI Services in AD Infra.
Expert knowledge in administering AD (Multi domain Environment) and AAD in hybrid environments.
Good Knowledge in administering AAD Support Services such as AAD, Conditional Access Policies, Multifactor Authentication, AAD Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) and AAD Connect.
Experience in managing and troubleshooting Azure AD Connect servers during sync issues between OnPrem AD and Azure AD.
Expert Knowledge in designing, testing, and deploying and maintaining Active Directory Group Policy (GPO) for the purpose of securing Domain Controllers, Domain Member Servers, and Domain Member Workstations.
Experience working with cyber security teams to actively update AAD conditional Access policy and AD Group Policies determined by cyber security threats and operational requirements.
Knowledge of SSO Configuration and Supported protocols.
Entra Conditional Access policies.
