Wedo is working with a software powerhouse, that builds enterprise-grade software solutions that are told to tier 1 and tier 2 insurers globally. Their software and enterprise products leverage SaaS, Cloud, Data Management, Analytics as well as Machine Learning and AI and is built with Angular front end, with C# .NET Core Microservices hosted on Azure.
They are now looking for a Platform Engineer with strong DevOps experience to join their team.
Their products are used by 500+ companies, 23 of the largest insurance companies globally, and are responsible for 100 million quotes each day. Their software is highly complex and is a complete, end-to-end, analytics and model deployment solution.

Build out platform components primarily using C#.
Help to define and build tooling that will maximize the developer experience of platform users.
Proficient in software development using C# .NET.
Experience of cloud technologies (primarily Azure), in areas such as networking, storage, integration, compute and analytics
Experience building pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle in a commercial/production environment: requirements capture and analysis, estimation, detailed software design, implementation, unit and system-level testing, installation and deployment, maintenance.
Experience with software engineering best practices: object-oriented design and implementation, design patterns, SOLID principles, Agile and Extreme Programming methodologies.
