You will be joining a superb manufacturing company based in Derry, specialising in healthcare packaging, offering services in Design, development products, providing laboratory services, and have been providing quality products for their customers for 50+ years.
As a Process Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of driving process improvements within key operations such as Coating and Converting. Introducing innovative process engineering and design improvements to enhance safety, quality, and yields, Increasing throughput and efficiency by optimising existing processes, Assisting in the smooth introduction of new equipment, including testing, trials, and capital justification and collaborating with the Senior Process Engineer to achieve operational excellence. You will need to be degree qualified within an engineering discipline, be comfortable working on the factory floor as this role would be more an 80/20 split between office and the floor, key skills required are Data analytics, strong continuous improvement skills, six sigma/Lean methodologies would be ideal.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary with the market today, flexible working hours with the ability to get away early on a Friday at lunch time, 33 days annual leave with increasing with service, access to private healthcare services and life insurance.
